Seven Cycles (Full Custom Build)
GreshFit partnered with Seven Cycles, the world leader in custom frame building, to provide our customers the highest quality custom bike experience possible. Your custom Seven Cycles bike will be a creation unique to you and will provide you the ultimate riding experience for years to come.
The Custom Bike Process
Establish ideal riding position
Using a GreshFit Bike Fit with your existing bike or the infinitely adjustable “Sizing Cycle”, Tim establishes your optimum functional riding position for comfort, efficiency, and injury prevention. This is called your Functional Body Position.
Capture body position in space
Once satisfied with your new fit, Tim will record measurements which plot the location of your new functional bike position in space.
Integrate body position
With your perfect fit measurements established, GreshFit translates your needs to Seven Cycles which initiates the process of designing a new bike frame precisely for you. This includes a phone interview directly with Seven Cycles to further customize your needs.
Once all details are finalized, the build process begins at the Seven Cycles factory in Watertown, MA. You can watch your bike go through the build process with regular updates from the Seven Cycles team.
Final build & delivery
Seven Cycles delivers your new frame to GreshFit who then masterfully marries it with the components you selected during your interview and purchase process.
One final checkup at the GreshFit Studio ensures everything is as ordered before you drive away with the bike you always dreamed of having!
Van Dessel (Semi-Custom Build)
Let’s be honest, not everyone can make the financial commitment needed for a full custom bike. Does that mean you’re stuck with buying an off-the-shelf bike with components spec’d more for marketing purposes than comfort and practicality? Or worse yet, buying that off-the-shelf bike and then paying extra to get properly fitted and shelling out even more money to replace the off-the-shelf components with ones that fit you?
Thankfully, GreshFit partnership with Van Dessel enables that answer to be an emphatic “No”!!
Van Dessel has built leading-edge bikes with exceptional performance and value since 1999. Their impressive line-up boasts E-bikes, Cyclocross, Gravel, Road, and Mountain bicycles, with advanced components and unsurpassed quality.
As in the Full Custom Bike process, the process begins with a Bike Fit to determine your ideal riding position. We will then will work with you to select, specify, and purchase the appropriate Van Dessel bicycle to meet your cycling objectives and accommodate your personal riding style style.
Van Dessel allows GreshFit to specify alternative sizes for the components most often changed during an off-the-shelf bike fit, namely cranks, stems, and handlebars.
Once received, the GreshFit team will expertly hand build your Van Dessel.
It’s the next best option for crafting a customized frame and bike. You get the riding benefits of a GreshFit Bike Fit and a customized bike all for the standard retail price of a Van Dessel. It’s a package deal that can’t be beat!
