ESTABLISH BODY POSITION

Through retrofitting an existing bike, Tim Gresh establishes your optimum functional body position for comfort, efficiency, and injury prevention.  In other words, your required seat and handlebar position relative to bottom bracket (cranks/pedals) has been achieved.  This is your Functional Body Position in Space.

CAPTURE BODY POSITION IN SPACE

Once satisfied with your new fit, Tim will record measurements which plot the location of your new functional bike position.

INTEGRATE BODY POSITION

With your perfect fit measurements established, Tim can translate your needs to a custom frame manufacture of your choice, or advise which stock frame size to go with if buying online or through a local bike shop.
